Not only does sweating create an uncomfortable feeling, but it is sometimes also very inconvenient for aesthetic reasons. How do you prepare?
This procedure does not require any preparation before the Vistabel treatment. Immediate preparation for the treatment will be provided by the nurse and doctor in the Polyclinic Bagatin.
During the procedure
Doctor begins the treatment by placing an anesthetic cream to the area which will be treated, and waits that it becomes effective (approx. 15 min) Thereafter, with sterile compresses and the sterile saline armpit area is wiped to remove the cream and clean the field where Vistabel will be injected.
Even though a dose of 100 units is in most cases sufficient for both armpits, in case of a large concentration of sweat glands, there is a possibility that within a short period of time there will be a need for an additional application of Vistabel in order to achieve a 100% effect.
The procedure is than performed by applying 10 pricks on both sides with a small insulin needle, to make the preparation evenly distributed.
Recovery time
It is necessary to remain 4 hours after treatment in a horizontal position, and after that you can normally return to your usual activities. It is not recommended to put any cosmetics immediately after treatment.
Precautions
Previous experience has shown that patients of Polyclinic Bagatin that are using Vistabel treatment against sweating approximately twice a year, have no any side effects.
