www.poliklinikabagatin.hr/eng is a website through which the Publisher provides information about the products and services offered by the Bagatin Clinic and Bagatin Med d.o.o.

The user of the website www.poliklinikabagatin.hr/eng is a legal or physical person who in any way, directly or indirectly, uses or has used, accessed or has accessed the website www.poliklinikabagatin.hr/eng.

The website includes all websites and parts of them contained within the domain www.poliklinikabagatin.hr/eng.

Bagatin” section are for information only, guidance and indicative information and cannot be relied upon without peer review and thorough analysis which may be performed exclusively by the professional staff of Bagatin Clinic or Bagatin Med d.o.o. Answers to the questions are not considered binding in relation to the Bagatin Clinic, Bagatin Med d.o.o., the user or any third party.

The answers to the questions are based on the facts, circumstances, assumptions, data and/or statements made in the questions asked. When submitting a query, the user acknowledges that he has presented all the facts and circumstances that are known to him or things that should be known to him on a regular basis. If any of the facts, circumstances, assumptions, data and/or claims are incorrect, the user is obliged to inform the Bagatin Clinic or Bagatin Med d.o.o. in writing, since inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data may cause the given answer to change.

The answers to the questions are based on the practice, expertise, technology and/or experience available at the time of answering the question. As the practices, professional achievements, technology and/or experience in questions are subject to change, it is not possible to ensure the relevance of the answers given throughout the future. The answers provided will not be updated in the light of changes in practice, expertise, technology and/or experience without posting an explicit repeated query.

12. Statement of warranty and liability limitation
