In Bagatin Clinic we look forward to December all year long. For us, it is the time when we have the opportunity to enrich our lives and traditionally visit and socialize with our big and little friends.

We began our December journey in the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Listening and Speech – Suvag. In order to put a smile on the faces of our dearest little friends, together with St. Nicholas we set out to fill their boots with gifts and sweets. Receiving presents according to their wishes evokes a feeling of indescribable happiness. And our happiness was even greater after their performance which completely swept us off our feet with its joy and warmth. 

Another Christmas festivity was upon us, the one in the SOS Children's Village – Lekenik. Their managers and proteges, together with our five-member family, have welcomed us on their premises and greeted us with a song that warmed up the hearts of all those present. The favorite Christmas show we attend is definitely theirs as they all participate actively and work hard in order to breathe life into their roles. Of course, as true guests we did not come empty handed, but we traditionally presented them with the sweetest packages.

This year we decided to go a step further and, together with our partners, round up this Christmas fairytale. To SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci we donated a new vehicle necessary for driving children to therapy, school responsibilities, performances all around Croatia. Here we have to emphasize the role of the Association ‘Helping is always IN’ and Law firm Knezović & Partners – without their help this dream could not come true.

We haven't forgotten about our longtime friends, Sanja and Mario, deaf-blind people who inspire and motivate us year after year with their life struggles and victories. A symbolic donation in the amount of 5000 Kuna is our traditional gift to them as the wind beneath their wings and form of support. 

For the end, with the last days of the Christmas season, we had the honor to visit the proteges of the Center for Rehabilitation and Education Vinko Bek. There we entered their little world of fantasy through various performances and shows they were diligently preparing for the entire year. We have prepared a special surprise for them – another new vehicle indispensable for their everyday work and transport for the center’s needs. 

We thank all of the participants and partners who have embarked upon this Christmas journey with us in hope that we succeeded to elicit both happiness and nobility, as well as to encourage humanitarian action among our friends and followers!
